Kuntahe Terms and Conditions

1. What Kuntahe does

Kuntahe helps you organize contacts, public notes, categories, and shared repertory access. By creating an account or using Kuntahe, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure. Any activity made through your account may be treated as your responsibility.

3. Contact information

You are responsible for the contact information you add. Only add, store, or share information that you have the right to use. Do not use Kuntahe to expose, harass, deceive, or harm another person.

4. Public notes

Public notes are provided to help you explain useful details about your contacts. Do not use public notes to store hateful, abusive, defamatory, illegal, or harmful content.

5. Public and private categories

Public categories may be visible through allowed sharing or search features. Private categories are intended to remain hidden from shared access and discovery features. You are responsible for choosing the correct visibility setting for each category.

6. Sharing and access

When you grant access to another user, that user may see the contact information and categories made available through the app’s sharing rules. You can revoke access, and another user can leave shared access, but information already seen or copied by another user may not be recoverable.

7. Bios and trust

User bios help others understand who a user is. Bios must not impersonate another person, mislead users, or contain harmful or illegal content.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to use Kuntahe for spam, harassment, impersonation, unlawful contact collection, unauthorized access, hacking, abuse, or any illegal activity.

9. Data protection

We use reasonable technical measures to protect user data, including account protection and protected storage of sensitive contact values where supported by the app. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Editing, disabling, and deleting

You may edit, disable, restore, or delete contact records according to the features available in the app. Deleting a category may remove contacts saved under that category. Some technical records may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or security records for protection and maintenance.

11. Service availability

We try to keep Kuntahe available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be unavailable during maintenance, technical problems, internet issues, or updates.

12. Responsibility for user content

Kuntahe is a tool for organizing and sharing information. We are not responsible for losses, misunderstandings, wrong contact details, missed opportunities, or actions taken based on information stored or shared by users.

13. Account suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, harm other users, or create security risks.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When important changes are made, users may be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use Kuntahe.
